Michael Bishay is a Certified Family Law Specialist throught the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. An attorney who is certified as a specialist must have taken and passed a written examination in the specialty field, demonstrated a high level of experience in the specialty field, fulfilled ongoing education requirements, and been favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges familiar with his work.
Michael Bishay taught Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Trinity Law School, was appointed as Minor's Counsel by the Superior Court on several cases, and worked as an expert/analys for the FBI.
Mr. Bishay is no stranger to the media. He was interviewed by CBS, NBC, KCAL, KKLA, and was quoted in over 90 News Media worldwide, including USA Today, LA Times, Daily News, Examiner, Associated Press, and many others.
He is a graduate of Loyola Law school, one of the largest and most prestigious Law Schools in California. During his law education, he achieved the highest ranking by becoming the number one student 2 years in a row. Mr. Bishay received numerous Honors including First Honors Award in Health Law, Bancroft-Whitney Excellence Awards in Criminal Law, Legal Process, and Legal Skills. He became a member of the prestigious Law Review, as well as other Honor Boards.
In addition to his law education, Michael Bishay possesses a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology as well as a Graduate Degree in Computers.
